Apple brandy has been kept in French oak barrels for 7 years, made according to the best traditions of calvados.


We follow the 300 year old traditions of the best Calvados of Normandy. Wide variety of apples, grown honestly and harvested by hand. We crush them and slowly ferment into cider with wild yeast. Then distill the cider twice in hand hammered Portuguese copper alembic stills, and age the spirit for years in French oak cognac barrels. In five years, carefully following the maturation process, an excellent drink is made to enjoy slowly.

TASTE & AROMA : delicate aromas of vanilla and leather. On the palette - aged apples, butterscotch and dried apricots.
